L\u2019agenzia del Demanio ha pubblicato il bando nell\u2019ambito delle attivit\u00e0 di attrazione degli investimenti dall\u2019estero.<\/p>\n
\u201cCammini e percorso\u201d \u00e8 un piano di valorizzazione di immobili situati lungo itinerari storico-religiosi, ciclopedonali e naturalistici. L\u2019iniziativa prevede uno sviluppo triennale 2017-2018 e trova attuazione con la pubblicazione di bandi di gara per l\u2019affidamento di beni, che una volta riqualificati, offrano servizi migliori al camminatore, al pellegrino e al ciclista, creando strutture per lo svago, il relax e la sosta a favore del turismo lento. I beni a bando sono affidati, anche a soggetti con sede legale all\u2019estero, in concessione\/locazione, ad uso gratuito o di valorizzazione, per una durata da 6 a 50 anni.<\/p>\n

After the success of the project Valore Paese \u2013 FARI (Project to valorize* public heritage \u2013 Lighthouses), this new project aims at the redevelopment and re-use of public buildings located along cycling-walking paths and historical-religious itineraries.<\/p>\n The first competition of the Valore Paese-Cammini e Percorsi project to grant 43 public buildings in free concession for 9 years, to companies, cooperatives and associations formed predominantly of those under 40. This is the first time that the Agenzia is using a free concession procedure to support young entrepreneurship and the third sector in order to stimulate innovative, social, cultural, creative and sporting initiatives. From today until December 11, it is possible to consult the only national call, the “Guide to the Call for Bids” and all the documentation regarding the 30 properties owned by the State in the competition.
