유의사항

현재 시행 중인 양자협정에 따라 대한민국 국민에게는 모든 종류의 비자 수수료가 면제됩니다. 따라서 대한민국 국민이 대사관에 납부해야 하는 금액은 없습니다.

비자 종류 및 수수료

면제 대상이 아닌 경우, 비자 신청 수수료를 납부할 때에는 아래의 납부 방법과 계좌 정보를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

납부 금액은 ‘분기별 영사 환율(Cambio Consolare Trimestrale)’에 따라 결정되며, 매 분기 첫날(1월, 4월, 7월, 10월 각 1일)에 변동됩니다. 최신 납부 금액은 아래 표를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

납부 방법

납부는 원화(KRW)로만 가능하며, 계좌이체 또는 현금으로 납부할 수 있습니다.

계좌이체로 납부하는 경우 다음 계좌 정보를 이용하시기 바랍니다:

송금 시 기재사항: 신청인의 여권 성명 로마자로 기재하시기 바랍니다.

현금으로 납부하는 경우 가급적 정확한 금액을 준비하시기 바랍니다.

수수료 면제 대상

다음 중 하나에 해당하는 신청인은 비자 수수료가 면제됩니다:

• 대한민국 국민;
• 만 6세 미만의 미성년자;
• 학업 또는 교육 훈련 목적으로 체류하는 초·중·고등학생, 대학생, 대학원생 및 동행 교사;
• 2005년 9월 28일자 유럽의회 및 이사회 권고 2005/761/EC (과학 연구 목적으로 공동체 내에서 이동하는 제3국 출신 연구자에 대한 회원국의 단기 체류 공통 비자 발급을 원활하게 하기 위한 권고)에 따라 과학 연구 목적으로 이동하는 제3국 출신 연구자;
• 비영리단체가 주최하는 세미나, 회의 또는 스포츠·문화·교육 행사에 참가하는 만 25세 이하의 비영리단체 대표자;
• 지침 2004/38/EC 및 이탈리아 입법명령 제30/2007호에서 정한 다음의 EU/EEA 시민 가족으로서 해당 EU/EEA 시민과 동행하거나 합류하는 경우:

1. 1. 배우자;
   2. 회원국의 법률에 따라 유럽연합 시민과 동반자 관계를 등록한 파트너. 단, 체류지 회원국이 해당 관계를 혼인과 동등하게 인정하고 그 국가의 법률에서 정한 요건을 충족하는 경우에 한함;
   3. 만 21세 미만이거나 부양을 받는 직계비속 및 배우자 또는 동반자의 해당 직계비속;
   4. 부양을 받는 직계존속(부모, 조부모) 및 배우자 또는 동반자의 해당 직계존속(시부모, 장인장모).

• 외교관 여권 소지자.

NOTICE: Nationals of the Republic of Korea are exempt from visa fees for all visa categories under the bilateral agreement currently in force. Therefore, nationals of the Republic of Korea are not required to make any payment to the Embassy.

VISA CATEGORIES AND FEES (Applicants who are not exempt from visa fee)

To pay the fees due for visa applications, please refer to the payment methods and bank details below.

The amount payable is determined by the “Quarterly Consular Exchange Rate”, which is revised at the beginning of each quarter (1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October). Please consult the table below for the current amount payable.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment must be made exclusively in KRW, by bank transfer or in cash.

If paying by bank transfer, please use the following bank details:

Payment reference: specify the applicant’s full name as shown in the passport (in Latin characters)

If payment is made in cash, applicants are requested to bring the exact amount whenever possible.

FEE WAIVERS

The visa fee is waived for applicants who fall into any of the following categories:

• nationals of the Republic of Korea;
• children under six years of age;
• school pupils, students, postgraduate students and accompanying teachers who undertake stays for the purpose of study or educational training;
• third-country researchers travelling for the purpose of scientific research pursuant to Recommendation 2005/761/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 September 2005, intended to facilitate the issue by Member States of uniform short-stay visas for researchers from third countries travelling within the Community for the purpose of carrying out scientific research;
• representatives of non-profit organisations aged 25 years or less who participate in seminars, conferences, or sporting, cultural or educational events organised by non-profit organisations;
• the following family members of EU/EEA citizens, where they accompany or join the EU/EEA citizen, as defined in Directive 2004/38/EC and Italian Legislative Decree No. 30/2007:

1. 1. the spouse;
   2. the partner with whom the Union citizen has contracted a registered partnership under the legislation of a Member State, if the legislation of the host Member State treats registered partnerships as equivalent to marriage and in accordance with the conditions laid down in the relevant legislation of the host Member State;
   3. direct descendants who are under the age of 21 or are dependants, and those of the spouse or partner;
   4. dependent direct relatives in the ascending line (parents and grandparents), and those of the spouse or partner (parents-in-law).

• holders of diplomatic passports.
