이탈리아 국유지 관리청 (Agenzia del Demanio)이 국유지 사용을 활성 하고 외국인 부동산 투자 유치를 도모하기 위한 부동산 입찰 프로젝트 “PATH AND TRAILS” 를 공개했습니다.
“PATH AND TRAILS” 라 명명된 두번째 프로젝트는 이탈리아의 역사적 종교적 유적지와 자전거길, 아름다운 자연 환경 근처에 위치한 건물들의 가치를 재평가하고 이에 대한 활용도를 높이기 위한 사업입니다. 입찰된 건물들은 최근 주목받고 있는 ‘SLOW TURISM’에 발맞춰 아름다운 산책로와 하이킹을 즐기는 관광객들을 위한 편의시설로 운영될 수 있습니다. 입찰에 성공할 경우 해당 건물을 최소 6년에서 최대50년의 기간동안 무상으로 임대하거나 경우에 따라서 임대료 대신 건물 재건, 보완 및 지속적인 유지를 전재로 사용할 수 있으며 이는 외국인 투자자들에게도 똑같이 적용됩니다.

PATH AND TRAILS is the new network project of the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Office), promoted by MIBACT and MIT. After the success of the project Valore Paese – FARI (Project to valorize* public heritage – Lighthouses), this new project aims at the redevelopment and re-use of public buildings located along cycling-walking paths and historical-religious itineraries.
The first competition of the Valore Paese-Cammini e Percorsi project to grant 43 public buildings in free concession for 9 years, to companies, cooperatives and associations formed predominantly of those under 40. This is the first time that the Agenzia is using a free concession procedure to support young entrepreneurship and the third sector in order to stimulate innovative, social, cultural, creative and sporting initiatives. From today until December 11, it is possible to consult the only national call, the “Guide to the Call for Bids” and all the documentation regarding the 30 properties owned by the State in the competition. These include roadworkers’ houses, towers, former railway stations and various buildings distributed throughout the national territory. At the same time, and in the coming days, other local authorities/agencies involved will also publish on their respective institutional sites the announcements of the 13 properties included in the initiative.
